GLENDALE, Wis. (November 3, 2021) – Bayshore is excited to announce the official grand opening of FreshFin Poké, a seafood-focused, fast-casual restaurant that serves a signature line of healthy, hand-crafted Poké bowls. FreshFin Poké will host an official grand opening event on Friday, November 5 at 4 p.m. in front of the restaurant. Guests can enjoy a buy one, get one free, house-crafted bowl on Friday (11/5) and Saturday (11/6). Limit two free bowls per customer. The 1,857-square-foot restaurant is conveniently located next to the west Target entrance on N. Bayshore Drive.
Poké is a native Hawaiian dish traditionally served with tuna, however, FreshFin Poké offers a variety of dishes like Spicy Tuna, Mango Tango, Cilantro Chicken, Curry Coconut Shrimp, Kalua Pork, Zen Bowl and more.

In addition to the grand opening of FreshFin Poké, Bayshore is excited to announce four new tenants.
- Achieve Personal Fitness
(APF) is a local fitness training and nutrition coaching practice owned and operated by Catherine and Michael Andersen. APF delivers continued support, motivation, education, fun and results-oriented programming. APF believes in making the community a healthier and happier place by providing clients with the tools to achieve a healthier, more physically fit version of themselves. APF is projected to open in mid-November in the Silver Spring Building.
- PK Collection provides fun and functional fashion apparel and shoes for women. PK Collection is now open and located next to J. Jill.
- SereniTea is a Milwaukee-based, gourmet bubble tea shop that offers a variety of handcrafted, tea-based drinks, including its signature bubble or “boba” teas. Bubble tea originated in Taiwan and consists of freshly brewed tea and chewy tapioca balls. SereniTea also offers a variety of other drinks, including fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies and shakes. SereniTea is occupying a 1,111-square-foot shop on the corner of N. Bayshore Drive and W. Northshore Drive across from GAP. SereniTea is projected to open in mid-November.
- Love and Pickles offers a full collection of maternity, mom and me, and children's apparel and accessories. Love and Pickles is projected to open in mid-November next to GAP on W. Northshore Drive.
