Thai Boat Noodles Opens at BAYSHORE Summer 2024

Thai Boat Noodles, BAYSHORE’s new authentic Thai restaurant, will open early summer 2024. The newly developed 2,168 square foot space will sit on the first level of the Silver Spring Building at 430 W. Silver Spring Dr. This will mark the first location in Wisconsin.

Thai Boat Noodles will serve authentic Thai dishes for dine-in and takeout, with specialties including Green and Red Curry Soups, Pad Thai, Pad Ka Paow, Thai Noodle Soup and Glass Noodle Salad. The menu boasts 42 items including 16 appetizer choices, from Egg Rolls to Rangoons; several entrée dishes, fried noodles and noodle soups; and delicious salads. The restaurant’s name nods to boat noodles, a Thai-style noodle dish with pork and beef, a dark soy sauce, pickled bean curd, meatballs and pig’s liver. Future menu selections include a variety of sushi options.

Co-owners and brother-sister pair Eh Kyaw and Aaliyah Winter are passionate about culinary arts, which they learned together from a small village in Thailand. Eh and Aaliyah immigrated to the United States in 2007, most recently living in Minnesota, and are excited to serve the North Shore community. The Eh family has owned and operated AFC Sushi in North Carolina for over eight years.

“We’re elated to add the state’s first Thai Boat Noodles location to our growing list of restaurants and experiences at BAYSHORE,” said Mary Mokwa, senior general manager, BAYSHORE, “With a focus for service and a top-notch culinary experience, we know Thai Boat Noodles will provide a great experience for our guests.”
