Achieve Personal Fitness (APF) is a local fitness training and nutrition coaching practice owned and operated by Catherine and Michael Andersen. APF delivers continued support, motivation, education, fun and results-oriented programming. APF believes in making the community a healthier and happier place by providing clients with the tools to achieve a healthier, more physically fit version of themselves. APF is by appointment only in the Silver Spring Building.
Achieve Personal Fitness Offerings:
Group Classes - With the motivation and support of others, our instructor-led group classes provide you with options to accommodate busy schedules—Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp offered in the mornings (all women & co-ed), Small Group (co-ed) in the evenings, and special events each month on the weekends. Workouts change every class so you don't get bored. All classes include bodyweight, resistance training, core, conditioning and lots of challenges to get you fit fast!
Personal Training - With personal training, the focus is you. We design a program specific to your needs and fitness goals and work with you on a 1:1 basis to achieve them. Personal training is ideal if you have specific goals, want something new or have past injuries you want to work through.
Nutrition Consulting - We offer "goal-based" nutrition planning services that help you take all the guesswork out of nutrition for optimal health, optimal fat burning, muscle-building, or sports performance.
